The Parish Office and Faith Formation Office will be closed starting Saturday, January 14 and will re-open on Tuesday, January 17 in observance of Martin Luther King Holiday. Mass times will be normal on Monday, January 16 at 6:30 and 9:00am. The campus will be closed at 12:00pm.

22nd ANNUAL VOCATIONS BANQUET
Please join us to recognize those individuals called to serve. Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 7:30pm. Gathering for social hour is at 6:30pm with guest speaker, Sister Kathleen Bryant, RSC. Through the generosity of our parishioners over the past 21 years, scholarships totaling over $400,000 have been provided to seminarians and novices to assist them in the pursuit of their formation program. Thank you for your continued financial and spiritual support. Please come celebrate with these men and women who have been called to serve Christ.
DIOCESAN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY MASS
All are invited to attend the Mass which celebrates the joy of Christian marriage. This Mass is especially intended for those celebrating 15+ years in 2017. It will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 7:00pm in the Arboretum at Christ Cathedral. Bishop Vann will be the celebrant, and anniversary couples will have the opportunity to take a photo with him. Photos will be available the day of the event. Couples will also be presented with a certificate in honor of their marriage anniversary. A reception for anniversary celebrants and their guests will be held in the First Floor of the Cultural Center. Registration fee is $20 per couple. $10.00 for each additional adult (16+ years). LA RELIGIOUS EDUCATION CONGRESS
Friday, February 24 - Sunday, February 26. The largest event of its kind in the US. The event objective is to offer in service education and spiritual formation to those in catechetical and related ministries. It offers more than 280 workshops covering a vast range of topics from spirituality, music and personal development to biblical studies and catechesis. Youth Day is held on Thursday, February 23 annually on Thursday of the Religious Education Congress weekend. It is a day just for youth from many different backgrounds from throughout the Archdiocese of LA and beyond to participate in a rally, liturgy, and workshops.
