Pilgrim Virgin Mary Statue is here and you can request to have in your home for one week. Families receive great blessings of peace and healing by honoring our Blessed Mother’s Visitation in their homes.

Knights of Columbus
Christmas is coming and beginning on October 25, the Knights of Columbus will again be selling Christmas Cards after Masses. KEEP CHRIST IN CHRISTMAS – send only religious cards to remind your friends and relatives of the true meaning of Christmas.
If you can help sell Christmas Cards after 7:30, 10:30, and 12 Noon Mass, please contact Jim Roberts at 714-425-3221.
Adult Confirmation: A new class is starting the first week of January 2015, with Confirmation on Pentecost Sunday, May 24, 2015. If you are an adult, have been baptized and received your First Communion, please join this class, be confirmed and become a fully initiated member of the Catholic Faith.
Sunday, November 23 from 8-11 AM. Come and get your grub on but don’t forget to bring your family, friends, and neighbor. Did you know that by eating at our Parish Breakfast, you actually give to others?
The Knights were able to donate $6,000 to various charities from this proceed. Thank you to all the Knights for giving us the opportunity to eat well more importantly to eat for a good cause!
Parish Office Closed
In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, the Parish Office will be closed from 12 noon Wednesday, November 26, until Monday, December 1. There will be a tri-lingual mass on Thanksgiving Day at 9 AM; there will not be a 6:30 AM Mass. The Priests and Staff wishes you and your family a blessed holiday weekend.

Confirmation I (Planted For Life Retreat)
Friday – Sunday, December 5-7. This three day retreat will be at the Outdoor Education Center in Irvine.
Parents and students, please turn in your permission package which includes permission form, behavior agreement, and payment of $150 by November 25th.

2014 Christmas Boutique: Please join the Ladies of the Knights of Columbus as they host their 20th Christmas Boutique on Sunday, December 7 from 8 -3 PM in Doyle Hall. Bring the children to see Santa and do all your Christmas shopping like gifts, crafts, homemade tamales, baked goods, jams, jellies, and more. There are lots of raffle prizes to win and all profit will benefit our various charities and our parish.
Christmas Concert: Come, Let Us Adore Him Annual Christmas Concert will be held on Friday, December 12, 7:30pm presented by the Holy Spirit Music Ministry. We are in need of risers for the choir loft. Therefore, we are seeking sponsorship from various ministries, parishioners (suggested donation $25), and businesses (suggested amount $50). Ladies of Our Lady of Guadalupe Society
Friday, December 12 is the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the patroness of our Diocese and all Americas. There will be a 5 AM Mass followed by breakfast.
Opportunity tickets are available now for $1. First prize - $200; 2nd Prize - $100, 3rd and 4th prize - $50 each, plus many other prizes.
20th Annual Vocation Banquet on January, 24, 2015 at 6PM, with a catered buffet dinner, music, and entertainment in Doyle Hall. The main speaker for this event will be Bishop Kevin Vann. Tickets purchased in advance $30/person or $35/person at the door.

Holy Relic Collection of Saints
Holy Relic will be on display in the Chapel during the month of November. The word “relic” refers to the physical remains or the personal effects of a saint. Relics remind us of the holiness of a saint and his cooperation in God’s work. They also inspire us to ask for the prayers of the saint and to beg the grace of God to live the same kind of faith filled life.
